I am Eunkwang Seo, Assistant Professor of Management at the Spears School of Business, Oklahoma State University. In my research, I seek to understand how firms strategize on human talent to foster innovation and gain competitive advantage. My research has received a number of grants and awards, including SRF Dissertation Grant, SMS Best Paper Award, AOM Best Paper, SERI Best Doctoral Student Paper Award, and PDMA Dissertation Proposal Competition Award.
