I am Eunkwang Seo, Assistant Professor of Management at the Spears School of Business, Oklahoma State University. In my research, I seek to understand how firms acquire, combine, and retain human talent to foster innovation and gain competitive advantage. My research has been published in top-tier management journals, including Organization Science and Journal of International Business Studies, and has received a number of grants and awards, including SRF Dissertation Grant, SMS Best Paper Award, AOM Best Paper, SERI Best Doctoral Student Paper Award, and PDMA Dissertation Proposal Competition Award.
