I am Eunkwang Seo, Assistant Professor of Management in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. In my research, I seek to understand how firms’ activities of acquiring, combining, and retaining human capital influence organizational outcomes in knowledge-intensive industries. My research has been published in top-tier management journals, including Organization Science and Journal of International Business Studies, and has received several grants and awards, including SRF Dissertation Grant, SMS Best Paper Award, AOM Best Paper Proceeding, SERI Best Doctoral Student Paper Award, and PDMA Dissertation Proposal Competition Award.
